How it works

After months of research and searching, we made sure to give you the most efficient and sustainable shipping method in the world.

We never use plastic in our packaging, and dont ship anything single-use, or extra. 

Our roboust and quality package is made out of plant fibers and is 100% recyclable and degreadable


We deliver to all European Union (EU) countries, Switzerland, the United States, Canada and China.


All orders are shipped from Vantaa, Finland.

We ship all orders with DPD or UPS.


We endeavour to ship all orders within one working day. During busier periods it may take up to three. Delivery times displayed below are on top of this time.


Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.


Finland: 1-2 days (Mon-Sat)

EU:  2-3 days (Mon-Sat)

International: 3-5 days (Mon-Sat)


Delivery times are guidelines only. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time-frame.


We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. Sometimes further security checks will be needed to verify a payment and this may delay an order. We will contact you per email if there is a delay


We use tracked shipping methods and you can check the status of your package. Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order’s tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email.

This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online. You will also be able to follow the shipment of our order in the “My Orders” section in your account.

Finnish  VAT is charged on all orders shipped within the EU.

All orders shipped outside the EU are charged excluding VAT. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. 


Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
